General construction permits

In the Canton Grisons, every town community has its own building regulations. Depending on the details of the project further construction permits may be required.

Fire regulation building permits

Fire regulations are designed to protect people and property from damage by fire. Start of construction work is not possible until the fire regulation building permit has been granted. Applications can be made either via the local community authorities or direct to the "Feuerpolizeiamt Graubünden" in Chur.
