The economic mission statement of the Canton Grisons 2010 is not a finalised list of necessary measures. In fact, on the basis of the direction of approach, it gives the most important starting points for industry and government showing how they can promote growth, and provides corresponding ideas (still to be examined) for their implementation. Many of the ideas for implementation are targeted towards changing decision processes. This was a conscious decision based on the fact that as a rule, the greatest impact is achieved when as start is made at the place where decisions are taken.
