The Grisons makes land available at attractive conditions for relocation or expansion of export-oriented companies. Focus is placed on the requirements of high-tech industries such as Life Sciences, Medtech, MEM or ICT.

With the Industrial Park Vial in Domat Ems we can offer excellently developed land on the transit axis E43/A13 Stuttgart/Munich – Milan. Or at Zizers-Landquart, Chur, Fideris-Jenaz, San Vittore, Cazis, Untervaz or Trimmis, also with direct access to the E43/A13, attractive industrial land is waiting for further high-tech companies.

Industrial zones and real estate in the Grisons

The most important industrial zones for high-tech industries

  • Industrial park Vial, Domat/Ems: The largest purely industrial zone in the Grisons and also one of the largest developed industrial zones in Switzerland; 200 000 m² available.
  • Tardisland: One of the largest commercial zones in South-Eastern Switzerland; 45 000 m² available
  • San Vittore: In an Italian-speaking region, 25 000 m² available
  • Further industrial zones are located in Chur, Landquart, Trimmis, Untervaz, Cazis and Fideris among others – all suitable industrial zones are listed at Work locations in the Grisons

Features of the most important industrial zones

  • Location: On the north-south axis directly at the transit axis interface E60/A3 Zurich–Basel and E43/A13 Munich/Stuttgart
  • Traffic frequency E43/A13: More than 11.5 million cars per year /approx. 32 000 vehicles daily
  • Development: Excellent development for high-tech companies, public transport connections
  • Conditions: As a rule, purchase or acquisition possible as building lease.

  • Attractive apartments for rent up to 20% less expensive than in the major Swiss agglomerations
